Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• ServSafe certification within 90 days of hire.
• Experience in food service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, cooks and serves meals, salads, and a la carte items according to recipes.
• Acts as cashier and maintains accurate records of food leaving the serving line.
• Follows procedures for money exchange, deposits, and cash handling.
• Provides leadership and cafeteria management in the absence of the CNS Manager.
• Maintains records, inventories and vending procedures as required.
• Ensures kitchen area and equipment are cleaned per sanitation codes.
