Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
ServSafe certification within 90 days after hire.
Experience in food service or as cashier is preferred.
Ability to read schedules and recipes for large quantities.
Responsibilities
Prepare, cook and serve meals and side dishes per recipes.
Serve as cashier and record sales using a POS system.
Handle deposits and bank deposits as needed.
Provide leadership in CNS Manager's absence.
Maintain records, inventories and vending procedures.
Keep kitchen and equipment clean per sanitation codes.
Perform housekeeping tasks in dining and serving areas.
Follow Wake County policies in CNS Handbook.
Maintain effective communication with students, parents and staff.
Perform other related duties.
