Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with set-up of serving lines and maintain proper food temperatures.
• Prepare foods per menu plan and opaa! recipes; prep for next day.
• Operate kitchen equipment with required certifications.
• Keep work areas clean and organized; maintain FIFO inventory.
• Assist in dishwashing area and restock items as needed.
• Present food to customers with quality presentation and hospitality.
• Handle customer monies at service time and operate cash register when required.
