Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure and compute ratios and percentages.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setup of serving lines and maintain food at proper temperatures.
• Prepare foods following recipes and plan ahead for next day menus.
• Operate kitchen equipment with appropriate certification and maintain cleanliness.
• Maintain FIFO inventory and keep work areas organized.
• Ensure accurate meal counts and proper cash handling as required.
