Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED, preferred; or related experience.
• Language Skills: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and communicate effectively.
• Mathematical Skills: Basic arithmetic, rates, ratios, and percentages.
• Reasoning Ability: Ability to follow instructions and solve problems.
• Machines, Tools, Equipment: List includes dishwasher, steamer/kettle, mixer, oven, stove, fryers, slicer, thermometers, gauges, knives, box cutters, meal counting software, desktops, calculator, phone, scanner, copier, printer.

Responsibilities

• Set up serving lines and ensure food is held at correct temperatures.
• Prepare foods per menu plan and Opaa! recipes, batch cook, and present to customers.
• Operate kitchen equipment with proper certification and maintain cleanliness.
• Maintain FIFO inventory and clean work areas and dishes.
• Assist in administrative tasks like timekeeping and paperwork.
