Job summary

Opaa! Food Management is seeking staff to support breakfast and lunch service, prep meals, and assist with serving lines across school cafeterias. You will help maintain proper temperatures, assist with menu execution, and support occasional catering functions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; or up to one month related experience, training, or equivalent.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos.
• Basic math skills: add/subtract, measure, and portion control.
• Ability to follow recipes and safety procedures in a kitchen setting.

Responsibilities

• Set up serving lines and maintain proper food temperatures.
• Assist in preparing foods per the menu and recipes.
• Operate kitchen equipment with appropriate certification.
• Keep areas clean, organized, and stocked using FIFO.
• Assist in dishwashing and maintain hygiene standards.
