You’ll be responsible for maintaining high-standards in service, merchandising, and safety while mentoring teammates and ensuring consistent leadership presence across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Master the operational competencies of a Barnes & Noble Barista.
• Coach the team in drink making, food/beverage presentation, and merchandising.
• Maintain efficient register operations, speed of service, and loss prevention.
