Job summary

You will work closely with the Store Manager to develop team knowledge, manage displays, and ensure high standards of service.

You will mentor baristas, coach on loss prevention, and support inventory and waste reporting while maintaining a welcoming, customer-focused atmosphere throughout busy store hours.
