Job summary

Barnes & Noble Booksellers, Inc. is seeking a Café Team Expert to lead the café team, elevate customer service, and translate data into actions that improve sales and reduce waste.

You will work with the Store Manager to implement café plans and create a welcoming environment for readers and shoppers. Expect to coach the team, model prompt attendance, and drive service excellence across busy shifts from mornings to evenings, including weekends.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
