Job summary

Caribou Coffee in Superior, Wisconsin, is seeking a Shift Leader to guide the store in partnership with the General Manager or Assistant GM. You will ensure clear goals, high guest satisfaction, and smooth operations during shifts.

You’ll lead teams, coach on feedback, and uphold SOP and quality standards while developing team members for future growth, with a focus on community engagement and service excellence.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leadership, restaurant, retail or customer service experience.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Preferred: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts that focus on team engagement and guest satisfaction with an unwavering commitment to Make Fun Happen.
• Demonstrates mastery of the DOING of Team Member with enthusiasm and excellence.
• Trains team on role responsibilities, product knowledge and promotional items.
• Performs administrative tasks with integrity and to completion, including bank deposits, inventory, store product orders.
• Actively coaches and gives feedback to Team Members to ensure they bring their best DOING and BEING to their roles.
• Takes ownership for the current shift and the shift that follows, ensuring SOP and quality standards are met.
