Job summary

Caribou Coffee in Menomonie, Wisconsin is seeking a Shift Leader to partner with the General Manager to guide daily store operations and guest connections. You will lead shifts, coach Team Members, ensure SOPs and quality standards, and drive sales while maintaining a welcoming, fun atmosphere.

The role requires at least 1 year of leadership or related experience, availability for mornings/evenings and some weekends/holidays, and a commitment to Be Yourself, Take Ownership, and Serve With Love

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leadership, restaurant, retail or customer service experience required.
• Availability for early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Preferred: High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with a focus on team engagement and guest satisfaction.
• Coach and develop Team Members on SOPs and brand standards.
• Communicate priorities on the floor and delegate tasks effectively.
• Assist with bank deposits, inventory, store product orders and other duties as assigned.
• Maintain the store appearance and ensure it aligns with brand standards.
