Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a LifeCafe Supervisor to oversee daily LifeCafe shift operations and deliver a high-quality member experience. You will motivate staff, monitor food quality and ensure fast, friendly service to members and guests.

Responsibilities include scheduling adjustments, guiding the team, ensuring proper food preparation, and handling member questions with professionalism. This hourly role requires weekend and night availability and offers strong benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• CPR/AED certification within 30 days of hire.
• ServeSafe certification within 60 days of hire.
• Able to lift 20+ lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Manages LifeCafe shift operations and adjust schedules by traffic.
• Acts as daily shift leader offering customer and team support.
• Ensures menu items are prepared correctly and served professionally.
• Provides promotion and disciplinary recommendations to the Manager.
• Manages light food prep responsibilities.
• Responds promptly to member questions and concerns.
