Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a LifeCafe Supervisor to oversee daily shift operations, delivering a high-quality member experience while motivating staff to maintain excellent customer service.

The role requires oversight of food quality, service speed, and positive guest experiences. Responsibilities include managing shift schedules, acting as a daily leader for the team, ensuring proper food prep and professional service, and handling staff recommendations with the Manager.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR/AED certification within 30 days of hire.
• ServeSafe certification within 60 days of hire.
• Ability to lift more than 20 lbs repeatedly.
• Ability to stand and move around the cafe for extended periods.
• Night and weekend availability as business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Manages LifeCafe shift operations and adjusts schedules based on traffic flow.
• Acts as daily shift leader by providing a high level of customer and team support.
• Ensures team members prepare menu items correctly and serve customers professionally.
• Provides promotion and disciplinary recommendations to the Manager.
• Manages light food prep responsibilities.
• Responds quickly and efficiently to member questions, comments, and concerns.
