Job summary

Life Time is seeking a LifeCafe Supervisor to oversee daily shift operations, motivate staff, and ensure a high-quality member experience. The role includes monitoring food quality, speed of service, and delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include managing shift schedules, acting as a daily shift leader, and providing promotion or disciplinary input to the Manager. Requires CPR/AED and ServeSafe certifications and a High School Diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in food service or retail is preferred.
• Willingness to work night and weekend shifts as required by business needs.
• Ability to manage staff and ensure quality service.
