Job summary

Life Time is seeking a LifeCafe Supervisor to oversee daily shift operations, ensuring a high-quality experience for members. You will motivate the team to deliver excellent service, monitor food quality and speed of service, and address member questions and concerns.

The role requires managing shift workloads, supervising staff, and ensuring proper food prep and professional service, with opportunities to impact guest satisfaction positively.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR/AED certification within 30 days of hire.
• ServeSafe certification within 60 days of hire.
• Ability to lift over 20 lbs repeatedly.
• Ability to stand and move around the cafe for extended periods.
• Night and weekend availability based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage LifeCafe shift operations and adjust schedules based on traffic.
• Act as daily shift leader providing customer and team support.
• Ensure team members prepare menu items correctly and serve customers professionally.
• Provide promotion and disciplinary recommendations to the Manager.
• Manage light food prep responsibilities.
• Respond promptly and professionally to member questions and concerns.
