Job summary

LifeTime Inc. seeks a LifeCafe Supervisor to oversee daily LifeCafe shift operations and deliver high-quality member experiences, while motivating staff to ensure excellent service. You will monitor food quality and speed of service to ensure a positive member and guest experience.

Responsibilities include scheduling, leading the shift, ensuring correct menu prep, handling promotions or disciplinary actions, and managing light food prep while addressing member questions promptly.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR/AED certification within 30 days of hire.
• ServeSafe certification within 60 days of hire.
• Ability to lift more than 20 lbs on a routine basis.
• Ability to stand and move about the cafe for prolonged periods.
• Night and weekend availability based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Manages LifeCafe shift operations while making schedule adjustments based on traffic flow.
• Acts as daily shift leader by providing a high level of customer and team support.
• Ensures team members prepare menu items correctly and service customers professionally.
• Provides promotion and disciplinary recommendations to the Manager.
• Manages light food prep responsibilities.
• Responds quickly and efficiently to member questions, comments, and concerns.
