Job summary

Life Time LifeCafe is seeking a Supervisor to oversee daily shift operations and deliver a high-quality member experience. The role focuses on motivating staff to provide excellent customer service within a busy LifeCafe environment.

You will monitor food quality, assist with light prep, adjust schedules, and respond quickly to member questions and concerns. Evening and weekend availability is required based on business needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• CPR/AED certification within the first 30 days of hire.
• ServeSafe certification within the first 60 days of hire.
• Ability to routinely and repetitively bend to lift more than 20 lbs.
• Ability to stand and move about the cafe for prolonged periods.
• Night and weekend availability is required based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Manages LifeCafe shift operations while making schedule adjustments based on traffic flow
• Acts as daily shift leader by providing a high level of customer and team support
• Ensures team members prepare menu items correctly and service customers in a professional manner
• Provides promotion and disciplinary recommendations to the Manager
• Manages light food prep responsibilities
• Responds to member questions, comments, and concerns promptly
