Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a LifeCafe Supervisor to oversee daily LifeCafe shift operations, ensuring a high‑quality member experience and motivating staff for excellent service. You will monitor food quality and speed of service to maintain a positive guest experience.

The role requires leadership of a high-volume cafe, adherence to food safety standards, and flexibility for night and weekend shifts. CPR/AED and ServeSafe certifications are prerequisites or must be obtained within the specified

Qualifications

Must hold a High School Diploma or GED.
CPR/AED certification required within the first 30 days of hire.
ServeSafe certification required within the first 60 days of hire.
Ability to routinely bend to lift more than 20 lbs.
Night and weekend availability based on business needs.
1–2 years of supervisor or manager experience in a high-volume food service or retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

Manages LifeCafe shift operations and adjusts schedules based on traffic flow.
Acts as daily shift leader providing high level support to customers and team.
Ensures team members prepare menu items correctly and serve customers professionally.
Provides promotion and disciplinary recommendations to the Manager.
Manages light food preparation responsibilities.
Responds promptly to member questions, comments, and concerns.
