Job summary

Hard Rock Cafe in Atlanta is seeking a Sales Associate to guide guests through the shopping experience and deliver memorable service. You will greet guests, answer questions, and process sales with a POS system while maintaining accurate cash handling and a balanced drawer.

Maintain product knowledge, engage guests to identify needs, and upsell related items. You will keep the store clean, stocked, and visually appealing, supporting opening/closing duties and delivering exceptional guest

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and ability to engage guests.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for 1-on-1 conversations.
• Ability to handle cash and operate a POS system accurately.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests and answering questions politely.
• Answering the phone and assisting guests with inquiries.
• Processing sales transactions using a POS system.
• Handling cash and other payment forms and maintaining the cash drawer.
• Directing guests to store areas and restrooms.
• Demonstrating product knowledge and informing guests of features & benefits.
• Engaging guests to assess needs and upsell related items.
• Maintaining a clean, organized store and proper stock levels.
• Displaying merchandise per standards and performing opening/closing duties.
• Ensuring guest satisfaction and creating memorable experiences.
