Hard Rock Cafe Orlando is seeking a Guest Services Associate to warmly greet guests, answer questions, and process sales at the point-of-sale system. You will help maintain a clean, organized store, manage the cash drawer, and provide attentive service to ensure a memorable visit.

Responsibilities include advising guests on product features, engaging in 1-on-1 conversations to determine needs, and supporting a positive, high-energy environment that reflects HRC’s brand values.
