Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage the restaurant environment by monitoring store presentation, supporting brand consistency and implementing the store strategy and action plan.
• Motivate the team to complete the sales process, ensure customer satisfaction, comply with company procedures, and maximize productivity and profitability.
• Hire, train, and monitor the development of staff.
• This position requires one to lift 30 to 50 pounds and involves pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists.
