Baskin-Robbins is seeking a Store Manager to lead operations, recruit and develop staff, and ensure high standards of quality service and cleanliness. You will manage the restaurant in a cost-efficient way while supporting goals set by upper management.

The ideal candidate is highly motivated and able to work independently, with food service experience. Food safety and Serve Safe certification are a plus, and the role requires lifting 30–50 pounds and repetitive wrist motion.
