Hard Rock Cafe International is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a high-volume casual- theme restaurant, overseeing P&L, standards, and staff development. You will mentor hourly team members, manage schedules, and partner with departments to deliver brand-aligned operations and superior guest experiences.

The role emphasizes financial acumen, leadership, and the ability to drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment while upholding Hard Rock’s standards and culture.

Competenze

• 3+ years in an Operations Managerial role with high volume exposure in a casual- themed, full- service restaurant.

Mansioni

• Demonstrate financial comprehension of the cafe’s budget and P&L.
• Serve as a mentor and coach to develop hourly staff into brand ambassadors and service stewards.
• Manage labor schedules in line with the cafe’s budget and forecast models.
• Execute established brand standards and drive guest satisfaction.
• Partner across departments to ensure consistent execution of systems and processes.
