Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock Cafe Las Vegas seeks an Operations Manager to lead cafe operations, uphold brand standards, and drive guest satisfaction. You will manage P&L, coach hourly staff, and partner with all departments to ensure service excellence.

You will also spearhead nightlife initiatives, align with F&B teams to create differentiated late-night concepts, and mentor a high-performance team committed to Hard Rock's guest-first experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate financial comprehension of the cafe's budget and P&L.
• Serve as a mentor and coach to develop hourly staff into brand ambassadors and customer service stewards.
• Manage labor schedules in line with the cafe's budget and forecast models.
• Successfully run a department and/or cost center.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure adherence to brand standards and processes.
• Support senior management in building an effective hourly team and talent retention.
• Execute brand standards within the Rock Shop and explore opportunities to grow retail sales.
• Maintain a guest-first service environment and exceed brand standards in guest satisfaction.
• Engage with guests about music and Hard Rock culture to enhance the guest experience.
• Support staff development and career progression through structured learning programs.
