Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a restaurant operations managerial role with high-volume exposure.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
• Fluency in English; multiple languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead cafe P&L and labor scheduling to meet budget and forecast.
• Mentor hourly staff into brand ambassadors delivering excellent service.
• Uphold Hard Rock brand standards and guest experience across all shifts.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure consistent execution of systems and processes.
• Drive guest satisfaction and staff development through structured coaching and feedback.
