Job summary

Hard Rock Cafe Las Vegas is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee departmental P&L, uphold brand standards, and drive guest satisfaction. This role partners with senior leadership to mentor hourly staff into brand ambassadors and maintain staffing plans aligned with forecasted needs.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in a high-volume casual-full-service restaurant operations role, strong communication, and a proactive, customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in an Operations Managerial role with high volume exposure in a casual-themed, full-service restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Own department P&L and budget reporting.
• Mentor hourly staff to become Hard Rock brand ambassadors and service leaders.
• Manage labor schedules in line with budget and forecast models.
• Partner across all departments to deliver brand standards and processes.
• Support senior management in building a highly functional hourly team.
• Execute brand standards in the Rock Shop and drive retail sales.
