Hard Rock International is seeking an Operations Manager to lead high-volume cafe operations in a dynamic, hospitality-focused environment. You will manage budgets, coaching hourly staff, and aligning cross-department processes to deliver the Hard Rock brand standards in service and retail.

The role emphasizes team development, strong communication, and a hands-on approach to continuous improvement and guest satisfaction. On-site leadership is expected in a fast-paced cafe setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in an Operations Managerial role with high volume exposure in a casual-themed, full-service restaurant.

Responsabilités

• Demonstrate financial comprehension of the cafe’s budget and P&L.
• Serve as a mentor and coach to develop hourly staff members into brand ambassadors and customer service stewards.
• Manage labor schedules in line with the cafe’s budget and forecast models.
• Run a department and/or cost center.
• Partner across departments to support brand standards in products and services.
• Support senior management in building a highly functional hourly team.
