Job summary

Hard Rock Cafe Las Vegas is seeking an Operations Manager to lead daily cafe operations, uphold brand standards, and drive guest satisfaction while managing P&L and labor costs.

You will mentor hourly staff, coordinate with F&B and venue teams, and implement learning and development programs to improve performance and retention. This role requires strong leadership and a passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate financial comprehension of the cafe's budget and P&L.
• Serve as a mentor and coach to develop hourly staff members into Hard Rock brand ambassadors and industry-leading customer service stewards.
• Manage labor schedules in line with the cafe's budget and forecast models.
• Successfully run a department and/or cost center.
• Partner across all departments to support consistent execution of systems and processes to deliver products and services to Hard Rock's brand standards.
• Support senior management in building a highly functional hourly team with a shared vision for success.
• Execute standards for guest satisfaction that meet brand standards as determined by an objective ranking system.
• Engage with guests regarding music, current and past.
• Support staff development and career advancement.
• Develop and execute learning & development programs for all team members to drive improvement and retention.
