Job summary

Hard Rock Cafe International is seeking an Operations Manager for a high-volume casual-themed, full-service restaurant in Honolulu, Hawaii. The role focuses on managing labor, budgets, and departmental performance while coaching hourly staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will partner with multiple departments to uphold Hard Rock brand standards, drive guest satisfaction, and develop talent within a vibrant, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in an Operations Managerial role with high volume exposure in a casual-themed, full-service restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate financial comprehension of the cafe’s budget and P&L.
• Mentor and coach hourly staff to Hard Rock brand ambassadors and customer service stewards.
• Manage labor schedules in line with cafe budget and forecast models.
• Run a department and/or cost center.
• Partner across departments to ensure brand standards are met in products and services.
• Support senior management in building a high-performing hourly team.
• Drive retail sales through staff and guest interaction while upholding brand standards.
• Foster customer service where guests are always put first and satisfaction meets brand standards.
