Hard Rock Cafe Orlando is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead a high-volume, full-service cafe with a strong emphasis on guest experience and staff development.

You will manage labor budgets, forecast models, and department performance while upholding brand standards across all systems and processes. A proven track record in retail/food service and leadership is required.

• Manage labor schedules in line with cafe budget and forecast models.
• Run a department and/or cost center effectively.
