Job summary

144 Hard Rock Cafe International (Orlando) Inc in Orlando seeks a Retail Supervisor for the Rock Shop. You will support Retail Managers, help open and close the store, and ensure guest satisfaction while maintaining brand standards and compliance with policies.

You will lead staff, organize displays, adjust schedules, drive sales, and monitor safety and cleanliness. Prior supervisor experience in high‑volume settings and strong English communication are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of supervisor experience.
• Knowledge of inventory, P&L and key holder experience.
• Proficiency communicating (speaking, reading, and writing) in English, bilingual preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business

Responsibilities

• Open and close the retail store, balance openings/closings and staffing levels.
• Organize displays to increase foot traffic and sales.
• Supervise staff, coach performance and monitor customer service.
• Maintain safety, sanitation and security procedures.
• Assist in inventory and back-stock management and RSA/RAP reporting
