Qualifications

• 3+ years in an Operations Managerial role with high volume exposure in a casual-themed, full-service restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Manage departmental P&L and budgets as designated by General Manager.
• Mentor and coach hourly staff to Hard Rock brand standards and guest service excellence.
• Plan and control labor schedules in line with budget and forecast models.
• Lead cross-department collaboration to ensure consistent execution of systems and processes.
• Drive staff development, retention, and performance through structured coaching and career paths.
• Support senior management with nightlife strategy and brand standards to grow guest experiences.
