Hard Rock International in San Francisco is seeking an Operations Manager to drive department P&L, coach hourly staff, and align cross-functional teams with brand standards. You will lead labor planning, ensure top-tier guest service, and foster talent in a fast-paced cafe environment.

Responsibilities include mentoring staff, managing schedules, achieving budget targets, and collaborating with senior leadership to grow retail and cafe performance while maintaining brand integrity.

Formación

• 3+ years in an Operations Managerial role with high volume exposure in a casual-themed, full-service restaurant.
• Ability to learn and bring "out of the box" ideas to their team.
• Genuine enthusiasm and aptitude for serving people.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High level of business acumen with common sense.
• Demonstrates strong problem solving skills with diagnostic ability.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for departmental P&L expense lines as designated by the General Manager.
• Mentor and coach hourly staff and develop brand ambassadors with strong customer service.
• Manage labor schedules in line with budget and forecast models.
• Run a department and/or cost center to meet objectives.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure consistent execution of systems and processes.
• Support senior management in building a highly functional hourly team aligned with company values.
• Implement brand standards within the Rock Shop and drive retail sales through staff and guest interaction.
• Maintain guest satisfaction standards and monitor service quality against brand metrics.
• Engage with guests about music and brand heritage to enhance experience.
• Identify and place talent, set performance goals, and manage development paths.
