Hard Rock Casino Tejon is seeking an Assistant Manager for the Café, reporting to the General Manager. The role focuses on upholding brand standards, managing assets, and driving profitability through team leadership and strategic execution.

You will lead a cross-functional team, partner with Sales on the marketing plan, and mentor junior managers to achieve financial and service goals while maintaining brand integrity and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in hospitality including restaurant front-line operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or documented entrepreneurial hospitality leadership.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills validated by peers/supervisors.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and demonstrate consultative skills.
• Potential and aspiration to become a Hard Rock General Manager.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate financial understanding to achieve Café KPIs.
• Collaborate with Sales to execute the Café Sales & Marketing plan for growth.
• Mentor and coach junior management on financial goals.
• Set operating direction with the GM based on strengths and opportunities.
• Ensure brand standards are delivered across all departments.
• Help build a high-functioning management team.
• Champion change and implement local and company initiatives.
