Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Café Ambassador for the Eastview Mall location to be the face of our mission to change banking for good. You will guide guests through digital tools, advocate for the brand, and support community events in a dynamic, on-site café environment.

This role emphasizes customer connection over sales quotas, with a strong focus on service, compliance, and teamwork within a modern, community-centered setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification.
• 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience.
• Associate's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of banking experience preferred.
• 2+ years of Retail or Customer-facing experience preferred.
• Proficient in G-Suite.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Be a Natural Connector: Engage with guests in a high-energy environment within the Café.
• Serve as a Brand Advocate: Share Capital One's products and services through conversations, not sales quotas.
• Guide customers through our digital ecosystem and mobile tools.
• Host and support local events promoting financial health and Capital One programs.
• Advocate for customers and resolve issues in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Foster an inclusive, team-oriented culture and stay flexible to change.
• Move throughout the Café to connect with the community and support guest flow.
