Capital One National Association seeks a Café Ambassador to be the face of its mission to change banking for good. You’ll move throughout the Café, bridging digital innovation with human connection and acting as a banking guide rather than a barista.

You’ll engage guests, share the value of Capital One’s products in genuine conversations, help customers master mobile tools, and support local events that promote financial health while upholding our compliance standards and a welcoming, inclusive

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
• Retail, sales, or customer service experience required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests proactively in a high-energy community café environment.
• Share the value of Capital One products through conversation, not sales quotas.
• Guide customers through digital tools and troubleshooting.
• Host and support local events promoting financial health.
• Advocate for customers and resolve issues with compliant practices.
• Foster an inclusive culture and flexibility in a dynamic retail setting.
• Move throughout the Café to support guest flow and engagement.
