Capital One Café in Chinatown is seeking a Café Ambassador to be the face of the brand’s mission—empowering customers through digital banking and human connection. You’ll move throughout the café, guiding guests in a high-energy environment that blends community space with financial services.

You’ll help customers master mobile tools, host events that promote financial health, and advocate for customers within compliance frameworks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification.
• At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience.
• Proficient in G‑Suite and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Be a Natural Connector in a high-energy community space.
• Serve as a Brand Advocate, focusing on guest experience over traditional sales goals.
• Guide customers through Capital One’s digital ecosystem and mobile tools.
