Capital One seeks a Part-time Café Ambassador for the New York City area to be the face of our mission in a vibrant community hub. You’ll guide guests through digital banking, engage with the community, and promote Capital One products through meaningful conversations rather than sales quotas.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in banking or customer-facing roles, strong communication, and comfort with G-Suite.

Formación

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification.
• Preferred: Associate’s degree.
• 2+ years banking or retail/customer-facing experience preferred.
• Proficient in G-Suite and strong communication.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with guests in a high-energy community space within the Café.
• Share value of Capital One products through conversation, not sales quotas.
• Guide customers through digital tools and troubleshoot tech challenges.
• Host local events promoting financial health and community engagement.
• Advocate for customers and resolve issues in line with compliance.
