Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification.
• At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience.
• Preferred: Associate’s degree.
• 2+ years of banking experience.
• 2+ years of Retail or Customer-facing experience.
• Proficient in G‑Suite.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests in a high-energy environment as a capital-one-branded community space ambassador.
• Share the value of Capital One’s products through conversation, not high-pressure sales.
• Guide customers through the digital ecosystem and mobile tools.
• Host and support local events promoting financial health within company programs.
