Job summary

CDM Smith seeks an Intelligent Modeling Coordinator to lead model integration across architecture, vertical structures, transportation, roadway design, and MEP on transit and multimodal projects in US offices.

You will supervise clash detection in Navisworks, enforce Autodesk CADD/BIM standards, mentor staff, and coordinate deliverables from conception to final design while collaborating with clients and agencies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with vocational technical training in basic CADD drafting technology and intelligent modeling.
• 12 years of related experience in CADD/BIM coordination and design modeling.

Responsibilities

• Cross-discipline coordination across architecture, vertical structures, transportation structures, roadway design, and MEP.
• Run clash detection in Navisworks and lead resolution across disciplines.
• Establishes and enforces CADD/BIM standards, templates, and workflows across offices.
• Mentors production staff across geographies to build institutional capability.
