Job summary

CDM Smith seeks an Intelligent Modeling Coordinator to lead cross-discipline model coordination for transit and multimodal projects. You will integrate architectural, structural, transportation, roadway, and MEP models into federated, clash-checked deliverables and maintain Autodesk toolsets alignment.

You will mentor staff, enforce BIM standards, verify model health, and coordinate with clients and subconsultants on data handoff and project requirements.

Qualifications

• Cross-discipline coordination across design disciplines to federated models.
• Run Navisworks clash detection and resolve issues.
• Establish and enforce CADD/BIM standards and workflows.

Responsibilities
