Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with vocational technical training in CADD drafting or related field.
• 12 years of related experience in CADD/BIM coordination for transit or multimodal projects.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.

Responsibilities

• Cross-discipline coordination of intelligent models across architecture, vertical structures, transportation structures, roadway design and MEP.
• Run clash detection in Navisworks and coordinate resolution across disciplines.
• Establish and enforce CADD/BIM standards, templates and workflows.
• Mentor and train production staff to build repeatable BIM capability across offices.
• Interface with clients and sub consultants on model deliverable requirements and data handoff standards.
