Job summary

INNERGY, a cloud-based ERP software company for custom manufacturers, seeks a Library Engineer to configure, build, validate, and maintain engineering libraries in client environments.

You’ll coach clients, ensure libraries align with design-to-manufacturing workflows, and collaborate with the Content Creation team to publish training materials and documentation for varied technical skill levels.

Qualifications

• Experience in CAD/CAM or architectural millwork.
• Hands-on time with Microvellum Toolbox and INNERGY Engineering; AutoCAD-based design-to-manufacturing tools is a big plus.
• Configure, validate, and maintain engineering libraries.
• Ability to clearly explain technical ideas to varying client users.
• Experience training and supporting clients in person and remotely.
• Strong organization and time management; can run multiple engagements.
• Patience and empathy with clients; measure success by client results.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients; hold regular check-ins to review progress and roadblocks in Toolbox and INNERGY Engineering.
• Build and validate product data, machining rules, and design standards; work directly in client libraries when needed.
• Train and support clients; produce training materials and documentation with Content Creation team.
• Meet clients where they are; adjust approach for different skill levels and provide extra support.
• Keep communication clear; document progress, issues, and fixes for the wider support team.
• Solve problems; fix issues with library setup and use to improve workflows.
• Make the product better; pass feedback to development and content teams.
