Job summary

INNERGY is seeking a Library Engineer to configure, validate, and maintain engineering libraries for CAD/CAM workflows. You will work with Microvellum Toolbox and INNERGY Engineering to help clients implement best practices and achieve accurate design-to-manufacturing data.

You’ll coach clients, adjust approaches by skill level, and collaborate with Content Creation and Development teams to improve library quality and client outcomes. This is a remote role supporting a national client base.

Qualifications

• Experience in CAD/CAM, engineering software, or architectural millwork.
• Hands-on time with Microvellum Toolbox or INNERGY Engineering or AutoCAD-based tools.
• Ability to explain technical ideas clearly to users of varying skill levels.
• Experience training and supporting clients in person and remotely.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients to implement and optimize libraries.
• Build and validate engineering libraries for client workflows.
• Train clients and create useful documentation and materials.
• Identify and fix issues in library setup and usage to improve accuracy.
