Job summary

INNERGY, a remote-first ERP software provider for custom manufacturers, seeks a Library Engineer to configure, build, validate, and maintain engineering libraries using Microvellum Toolbox and INNERGY Engineering. You’ll coach clients, ensure data accuracy, and keep production-ready libraries up to date.

You’ll work with clients of varying technical levels, building documentation and training materials, while guiding them through onboarding and validation to maximize adoption of Toolbox and

Qualifications

• Experience in CAD/CAM or engineering software for millwork or design-to-manufacturing.
• Hands-on time with Microvellum Toolbox or similar tools.
• Solid grasp of configuring and maintaining libraries for production.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to review progress and resolve roadblocks in Toolbox and INNERGY Engineering.
• Build and validate product data, machining rules, and design standards for accuracy.
• Provide one-on-one guidance and create training materials for clients.
• Adapt approach for clients at all skill levels and offer extra support when needed.
• Maintain steady communication during onboarding and validation, documenting progress and fixes.
• Find and fix issues in library setup and usage to improve workflows.
• Pass client feedback to development and content teams to drive improvements.
