Job summary

INNERGY is seeking a skilled specialist to configure, validate, and maintain engineering libraries for design-to-manufacturing workflows. You will coach clients through best practices, often directly in client libraries, ensuring accuracy and production readiness.

You will train clients and collaborate with the Content Creation team to tailor materials and documentation for different skill levels, including remote delivery and on-site visits where needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in CAD/CAM, engineering software, or architectural millwork.
• Hands-on with Microvellum Toolbox, INNERGY Engineering, or similar AutoCAD-based tooling.
• Solid grasp of engineering libraries: configure, validate, maintain.
• Ability to explain technical ideas to power users and clients.
• Experience training and supporting clients in-person and remotely.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients, review progress and roadblocks in Toolbox/Engineering.
• Build and validate product data, machining rules, and design standards.
• Train clients with one-on-one guidance and create documentation.
• Meet clients at varying skill levels and provide extra support as needed.
• Keep clear communication during onboarding and validation; document progress.
