Job summary

INNERGY seeks an experienced engineer to configure and validate engineering libraries for CAD/CAM workflows, working with Microvellum Toolbox and INNERGY Engineering. You will coach clients, ensure libraries are accurate, and support continuous improvement of their design-to-manufacturing processes.

You will train clients both on-site and remotely, adapting to varying skill levels while maintaining strong communication and documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience with CAD/CAM/engineering software used in design-to-manufacturing workflows.
• Ability to train and support clients in person and remotely, at varying skill levels.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to manage multiple engagements.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients to configure and validate libraries in Toolbox and INNERGY Engineering.
• Coach clients on best practices and assist in optimizing their library workflows.
• Document progress and issues; collaborate with product and content teams to improve tooling.
