Job summary

INNERGY seeks a Library Engineer Specialist to configure, build, validate, and maintain engineering libraries driving the design-to-manufacturing workflow. You will coach clients, work in Microvellum Toolbox and INNERGY Engineering, and ensure libraries are accurate, complete, and production-ready.

Ideal candidates possess CAD/CAM experience, AutoCAD-based tools familiarity, and strong communication skills to train clients both virtually and on-site as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role, ideally in CAD/CAM, engineering software, or architectural millwork.
• Hands-on time with Microvellum Toolbox, INNERGY Engineering, or another AutoCAD-based design-to-manufacturing tool.
• Solid grasp of engineering libraries: how to configure, validate, and maintain them.
• Ability to explain technical ideas clearly to power users and clients.
• Experience training and supporting clients in person and remotely.
• Strong organization and time management, able to manage multiple engagements.
• Patience and empathy with clients, measuring success by their results.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and hold regular check-ins to review progress and roadblocks in Toolbox and INNERGY Engineering.
• Build and validate engineering libraries for design-to-manufacturing workflows.
• Assist clients in creating and validating product data, machining rules, and design standards in client libraries.
• Provide training and ongoing support, including one-on-one guidance on using Toolbox and Engineering libraries.
• Document progress, issues, and fixes to keep the wider support team informed.
• Identify and fix issues with library setup and usage to improve accuracy and efficiency.
