Job summary

INNERGY seeks a skilled library engineer to configure, validate, and maintain engineering libraries for CAD/CAM workflows. You will work with Microvellum Toolbox and INNERGY Engineering to deliver accurate libraries, train clients, and improve design-to-manufacturing processes.

You will coach clients, handle library setup issues, and collaborate with the Content Creation team to produce training materials. A strong client-focused mindset and remote collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in CAD/CAM or engineering software for design-to-manufacturing workflows.
• Hands-on time with Microvellum Toolbox and INNERGY Engineering is a big plus.
• Ability to configure, validate, and maintain engineering libraries.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients to configure, build, validate, and maintain libraries.
• Coach clients through best practices and fix library issues.
• Train clients and create training materials with the Content Creation team.
• Maintain clear client communication and document progress and solutions.
• Contribute client feedback to development and content teams.
