Job summary

INNERGY seeks a client-focused engineer to configure, build, validate, and maintain libraries using Microvellum Toolbox and INNERGY Engineering for the design-to-manufacturing workflow. You’ll coach clients through best practices, directly access client libraries when needed, and ensure accuracy and readiness for production.

Qualifications

• Experience in CAD/CAM, engineering software, or architectural millwork.
• Hands-on time with Microvellum Toolbox or INNERGY Engineering, or AutoCAD-based tools.
• Ability to explain technical ideas clearly to clients and power users.
• Experience training and supporting clients in person and remotely.
• Strong organization and time management to manage multiple engagements.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients to configure, build, validate, and maintain libraries for design-to-manufacturing workflows.
• Hold regular check-ins to review progress and roadblocks in Toolbox and INNERGY Engineering; ask industry questions to improve accuracy.
• Build and validate libraries; help clients create and validate product data, machining rules, and design standards.
• Train and support clients; provide one-on-one guidance and collaborate with Content Creation for training materials.
• Document progress, issues, and fixes; stay in steady contact with clients through onboarding and validation.
• Find and fix issues with library setup and usage; propose practical solutions to improve workflows.
• Provide feedback to development and content teams to improve library management and client experience.
